Thank you for choosing Scoop Squad Pet Waste Removal LLC ("we," "our," or "us") for your residential pet waste removal needs. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential pet waste removal services to keep your yard clean, healthy, and odor-free. Our services include but are not limited to the removal of pet waste from designated areas of your property as per the agreed-upon schedule.

2. Scheduling and Access

Scheduling: Services will be performed based on the agreed schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed).
Access: You agree to provide safe and secure access to your property during the scheduled service times. If access is not possible or denied, we will attempt to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for missed visits.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Pet Restrictions: Please ensure pets are secured during our visit to avoid interference with the service.
Lawn Maintenance: Ensure your yard is free of tall grass, excessive debris, or hazards that may obstruct our ability to perform the service.
Notification: Inform us in advance of any changes to the schedule or special instructions.

4. Payments

Pricing: Pricing is based on the size of your yard, number of pets, and frequency of service. Additional fees may apply for excessive waste, large yards, or additional cleaning requirements.
Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance or at the time of service, depending on the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions such as unsafe access, aggressive animals, or hazardous environments are present.
We are not responsible for pet waste removal in areas not specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time with at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

7. Liability

Scoop Squad Pet Waste Removal LLC is not liable for damage to landscaping, lawns, or other property caused by pet waste already present on the premises.
We are not responsible for injuries or illnesses resulting from contact with pet waste on your property.
